She can literally shop for hours here. I absolutely cannot. It's not particularly my style but they have a really good coat selection. Everything else seems to be random you know what. Prices are pretty good though, if that's what you're into. However, calling the clothing "designer" is pushing it. They might have 1 or 2 racks with popular brands, otherwise its brand's I've never heard of.

Their customer service was awesome. I had an exchange and an issue with the wrong shipping address and they were great !! Super fast communication. Will shop again !

I don't know what these other reviews are talking about! It's a boutique...not Nordstroms. I've never shopped at a boutique that takes stuff back endlessly. This place is awesome. The nicest people and the best clothes.

My mom needed a dress for an affair and I sent her there and she had a wonderful experience too, so did my sister-in-law. They know their business and have been in the same location for 20 years. I would never hesitate to recommend them! In fact, I'm bringing my friend there today to look for a mother of the bride dress.

Great addition to the wardrobe... Better for warmer weather, but definitely can be used year around.

Just ordered online for cyber Tuesday. When the announcement first came out, there was no code, I ordered anyway assuming the discount would appear at checkout. It didn't. I meant to call but got sidetracked. My order arrived yesterday with a discount given to me and an additional coupon. Customer service and attention to detail is hard to find these days. I may not shop often at Lonnys but you have earned a customer for life and I will make a point to shop there more often.
