Lonnys first opened its doors on March 11, 1971 in Oceanside, NY and quickly became the most talked about women's contemporary boutique on Long Island. Mothers and daughters alike, who frequented the stores, often got a chance to chat with Ina and Walter Goldstein, the founders of the business. Lonnys became not only a trendy place to shop, but a place where customers could stay and feel at home. Ina's warmth and compassion earned her the title of friend and confidant to all who knew her in the store. Lonnys longevity can be credited not only to its loyal customers, but to the women who work in the stores and carry on Ina's tradition. Lonnys is more than just a clothing store; it is a symbol of one woman's work and dedication to turn every stranger into a friend.

Our store, like our customer is always evolving. Today, Lonnys includes 5 stores and our newly launched Lonnys.com. Now women everywhere can shop the distinctive style that Lonnys has to offer. We want all of our online customers to experience the same customer service and appreciation as the customers in our local stores. Each customer is as important to us as the first customer who walked through our doors in Oceanside in 1971.

Lonnys is a great place to go for your NEW and AFFORDABLE women's Fashion.They have all the new lines in and carry an array of Brand Names.The owner is extremely nice and the girls at Lonnys are always very great at making you feel at ease

My mom loves this store. She can literally shop for hours here. I absolutely cannot. It's not particularly my style but they have a really good coat selection. Everything else seems to be random you know what. Prices are pretty good though, if that's what you're into. However, calling the clothing "designer" is pushing it. They might have 1 or 2 racks with popular brands, otherwise its brand's I've never heard of.

My order arrived yesterday with a discount given to me and an additional coupon. Customer service and attention to detail is hard to find these days. I may not shop often at Lonnys but you have earned a customer for life and I will make a point to shop there more often.

I had visited Lonny's and found the staff to be very personable as well as accommodating. They sell very unique and beautiful clothes. There is no pressure in buying anything which makes it very easy to make a decision. I definitely recommend. JM FS
