We first had the pleasure to have a vegetarian gyro approx. 25 years ago and never forgot it. Once we got educated at the Natural Gourmet Institute, we discovered how natural seitan is...and exactly what it is. You will see our ingredients listed, all of them. We hide nothing. Anyone who has ever had a gyro or shawarma but doesn't want the cholesterol or meat should give this a try!
