We have been in business for twenty years.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary services are laser treatments such as: laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, laser vein removal, laser/photo facial, laser cellulite removal, and laser skin tightening
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Having worked with plastic surgeons for well over a decade it was only natural to want to go into the medical spa business. The desire to provide cosmetic services to the general public is what drives us here at Skintology. The ability to make someone feel and look better is an overwhelming sense of gratification which we pride ourselves on here.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The main distinction between our business is mainly the extensive and vigorous training that we put our technicians through. Not only must they complete a certain level of training before treating our customers, but also our customer service is another main focus at Skintology. The customer is always what matters and at the end of the day knwoing that we serviced them to the fullest of our ability is what makes it worth it.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
As of now we currently only have one location, the Chelsea location.
