Butterfield Kitchen is a full service cooking facility and retail store specializing in prepared foods. It is also the headquarters of Butterfield Catering. The Kitchen which opened in October of 2008 prepares food for their flagship store Butterfield Market on 78th and Lexington Avenue as well as the catering devision, and the retail store front.
