Grew up in the restaurant industry, always had a passion for cooking, especially French cuisine. Native New Yorker with French parents. Spent summers in France learning how to cook traditional french cuisine.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Very traditional, old world style french food. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable, like taking a step back into old world France. The ingredients are high quality, prepared in traditional ways and always delicious. Unlike many other french establishments, this one will transport you back to the French countryside with very traditional dishes.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location in the Theather District.

Close to many subway stations, easily accessible by taxi, subway or bus. 340 West 46th street between 8th and 9th avenue- close to the A, C, E trains stop at 43rd and 8 or 49th and 8th- or the 1,2,3,7,n,q,r at 42nd and 6th
