I was an intrepid though rather uninspiring guitar player who loved music and was rational enough to recognize my limitations as a player. So, I took a detour into law school earned a degree , passed the bar and began to work as an associate at one of the top New York Law Firms. after giving it a go for 3.5 years I recognized that playing advocate in court was not for me so I decided to go back to playing music the only way I knew would be satisfied with the results,namely by Starting SOUND BY SINGER,TLD where we have offered the finest High end components and systems to music lovers for 36years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Passion,experience, technical know how , service, selection and dedication to making the best sounding audio gear available to my patrons regardless of " profit margin" which is the driving force at most other establishments. Sell what you love and respect and the business side will take care of itself.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One, at present.
