How long have you been in business?
I have been in the internet technology for 12 years, and more than 20 years in the computer systems and network field.
What is your primary product or service?
I primary build, maintain, and repair computers for all types of business offices. I work with both types of clients, business and consumers. I also provide hosting for all kinds of internet services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started to be interested in computers, after i had my first personal computer at home, when i was in elementary school. From this i started to write up small computer programs, and then started to be interested in electronics, which i chose as a hobby. Then after dial up bulletin board services started to be replace by dial up internet services, i became interested in the operations of how the internet service works. So when i started college i decided to take a major in Computer Science.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I can provide to any client their own customized configuration of any systems that they require.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I just have 1 location, i have no plans of expanding as of now.
What type of payments do you accept?
I prefer cash payment.
Which areas do you service?
I service mostly in the New York City area.
